My passion for health and fitness, coupled with my teaching background, led me to become a certified personal trainer and group exercise instructor.
I take pride in motivating others; I 100% believe that exercise is the best anti depressant – my mission is prove to you that this is true! I spend my days teaching people the importance and values of healthy eating and daily exercise.
I hear many excuses why people can’t exercise the most common “I don’t have enough hours in my day”…..” I can’t because I can’t work it in around my children”……They are just that excuses. There is always time. I make the time and so can you to.
My philosophy is
Monday 6:00am - 6.30am or 9:00am - 9.30am
Tuesday and Thursday 6am -6.30am and 5.30 - 6pm
Wednesday 12:00pm -12.30pm
Thursday 6:00am - 6.30am
Friday 9:00am - 9.30am

Wednesday 6:am - 6.45am
Friday 6:am - 6.45am
MetaPower A thirty minute circuit class that combines resistance and bodyweight exercises to target and develop strength, power, agility and cardiovascular efficiency.
MetaFit A bodyweight high intensity interval training program. Burn calories and fat in a shorter period of time. Most metabolism. Good for heart health and getting you fit fast.
