The Marlborough Museum is pleased to present Peter Millward's talk, Poppies, Rabbit Holes & Legacies on Sunday 27 July at 2pm.
Peter will discuss the tricks & traps when people are researching their family's early war records & who are wishing to find out how their ancestors served their country.
Peter Millward first started working as a teacher of science & chemistry. About 30 years ago he moved into the Science Museum in Palmerston North, then spent 6 years in Melbourne & finally retired after being CEO of the Nelson Provincial Museum.
As part of the Museum's popular Sunday Series, anyone with an interest in genealogy and their family's wartime history is most welcome to attend.
