The Summer Solstice marks the turning point of the light — the longest day, the peak of warmth, and a natural moment of celebration and renewal.
Traditionally, it’s a time to honour the sun, acknowledge growth, and step consciously into the season ahead. It gives us a doorway: a threshold to reflect, let go, and welcome what’s next.

Our Cacao & Ecstatic Dance Solstice Gathering brings these threads together.
We open with ceremonial cacao from the Cacao Ambassador, to help you land gently in your body and heart. From there, the music guides you into a free-form dance journey — uplifting, grounding, expansive, whatever your body calls forward. We close with a settling meditation so you leave centred and clear.
