From Friday 6th – Monday 9th June, Kōparepare Wines has committed to donating 100% from online sales to LegaSea, a non-profit organisation committed to restoring the health of New Zealand’s marine environment.

The four-day campaign is part of a wider partnership between Kōparepare Wines and LegaSea, supporting their tireless efforts to restore New Zealand’s marine environments and support marine abundance.

“We have a goal of selling 100 cases over the next 4 days, in order to donate 100% of the sales to LegaSea", said Samantha White, Kōparepare Brand Ambassador who spent her first 6 months of life on a boat in the Pacific Ocean and has a true passion for marine conservation

"I’m really aware of how hard it is for non-profit organisations when living costs are high, that’s why we want to give as much of a boost as possible to help fund their important work”

Throughout the year, Kōparepare donates to LegaSea  $2.50 per bottle or $30 per case, having raised over $185,000 for LegaSea.

"The 100% campaign is a yearly highlight for LegaSea", said LegaSea lead Sam Woolford.

"The campaign itself raises vital public awareness of our organisation, while the generous donations from Kōparepare Wines directly support our work to restore our coastal fisheries.

"These funds help drive initiatives like The Kai Ika Project – a kaupapa dedicated to redistributing previously wasted fish parts to communities who value and enjoy this nutritious taonga (treasure).”
