Artists and businesses are opening their doors to guest artistic features to support locals impacted by Alzheimer’s. Alzheimer’s Marlborough is inviting creativity and compassion at its 4th Annual Art Trail, held on Saturday 20th and Sunday 21st September 2025, from 10am to 4pm.

The weekend coinciding with World Alzheimer’s Month showcases around 50 local artists, craftspeople, and collectors across Marlborough. “Alzheimer’s events are important to have in Marlborough, as it does impact across all ages and people need to be diagnosed to get local support and plan for their future support”, says Helen Knapp of Alzheimer’s Marlborough.

“Four years ago, Viv Broughton and I wanted to tap into local artistic talent providing venues for them to display work. “I love the comradery and enthusiasm of artistic community while people learn about Alzheimer’s centre as an open day for the first purpose-built facility built for the Marlborough community. Tickets are $30 per person, valid for both days.
