First day of full Blenheim Uber service

Uber has officially launched in Blenheim today, bringing locals and visitors a new way to move around town while opening up flexible earning opportunities for residents.

With Uber now in town, locals and visitors alike can enjoy a safer, more convenient way to connect with everything Blenheim has to offer, from a wine-tasting tour through the world-renowned vineyards to a weekend escape to the Marlborough Sounds.

The launch follows growing demand for convenient and affordable transport across Blenheim and will make it easier for locals and visitors alike to get around - whether it’s heading into town for errands, getting home safely after a dinner at the pub, or welcoming visitors exploring all that Marlborough has to offer.

Uber is now available in Auckland, Wellington, Queenstown, Hamilton, Christchurch, Tauranga, Dunedin, Rotorua, Taupo, Napier, Hastings, New Plymouth, Palmerston North, Nelson, Invercargill, Whangārei, and Timaru.
