Construction on a house may end, but no home is ever truly finished – or, for that matter, a garden. Residents always find something to repair, a room to redecorate, walls to repaint, trees to replace, flowers to replant … if it’s not one thing, it’s another.
Enter the Marlborough Home & Garden Show this weekend with the slogan “It’s all about ideas”. Inspiration stretches across three days and exhibition spaces at Marlborough Lines Stadium 2000.
Builders, renovators, landscapers and designers will demonstrate the latest materials, technology, plants and décor. Product-makers and service-providers will show what they have on offer. Food vendors will tempt attendees.
The show also features daily sessions with experts on home fire safety (10:30am), solar energy systems (11:15), cooking (noon Saturday and Sunday), “passive house” efficient construction (12:45pm) and property inspections (1:30).
