Cars and motorbikes of all varieties were on display across Marlborough during a weekend of fundraising for the Nelson Marlborough Rescue Helicopter and Life Flight.

The Marlborough Ulysses Life Flight fundraising ride took place on Saturday from Havelock to Brayshaw Park, while Riverlands Roadhouse hosted its annual Father’s Day breakfast before participants cruised to the Pelorus Tavern for the Show and Shine event.

Marlborough Ulysses raised $1500 for Life Flight, while funds raised through the Roadhouse and Pelorus Tavern events are still being counted, with raffles continuing to run.

A total of 260 cars and bikes attended the breakfast at Riverlands Roadhouse, with about 100 people making the journey to Pelorus Tavern for lunch and live music provided by local band The Crayons Duo.
