COSMATOS Shirley Anne

Passed away peacefully at Nelson Tasman Hospice, aged 77 years old.   Loved wife of Spiro and respected mother and mother-in-law to Janine, Brendon and Kim.  Special nana to all her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.   In accordance with Shirley's wishes, a private service has been held.   In lieu of flowers, please donate to Nelson Tasman Hospice.   A special thank you to all the Hospice staff and Wakefield DN's for the care of Shirley.
