MICKELL: Diana Florence

On Tuesday 20 January, Diana passed away peacefully after a short illness at 92 years young and is now reunited with her much loved husband and crew mate, Bruce. 

Adored mother of Marcia, Christine and Lianne and mother-in-law of Maurice and Ross.  Beloved grandmother of Joshua and Albany, Eli and Courtney, Michael and Natalie, Scott and Lucy, Luke and Natalie, Dean and Bianca.  Great grandmother of 11 children. 

Diana was born in Motueka, and lived in Whanganui and Blenheim. She loved her painting and became a Life Member of the Marlborough Art Society.  Diana enjoyed 3years at the Springlands Lifestyle Village, where wonderful friendships were formed. 

Heartfelt thanks to the team at Wairau Hospital and Hospice for their amazing care and support.

In accordance with Diana’s wishes a private cremation has taken place.
