QUICK, Donald Arthur (Dr)

Passed peacefully on 12 April 2026 at 2:22pm in Blenheim, Marlborough (two days shy of his 80th birthday).

His children Zoe and Sandy, and his ex-wife Diana were with him through his final week.

Loved by many, a graveside service for Don will be held on Thursday 16 April at 2.00pm at the Natural Burial area at Fairhall Cemetery. In Don's words, he wanted his passing to be a celebration of life (no need for sombre clothing).

In lieu of flowers, Don suggested donations to Greenpeace or UNICEF via their website.
