Aileen Millicent Steel:

Passed away peacefully at Springlands Lifestyle Village on 17 June 2026, aged 85 years.

Devoted wife of the late Brian (known to us all as Byron).

Beloved Mum to Mark (Winchester, UK), Amanda (Blenheim) and Penny (Gold Coast).

Beloved Mother-in-Law to Melissa Doughty Scott (Winchester, UK), Paul Bates (Blenheim), and Jason Raggett (Gold Coast).

Loved grandmother to the most gorgeous young women, Elspeth (Winchester, UK) and Amber (Gold Coast).

Treasured sister to Alan (AUS), and the Late Joan, Max and Neil.

Stepmother to Bronwyn Steel (AUS) and Keith Steel (Invercargill)

Wonderful and much-loved friend to Bridget Moran.
