Donna Bernice Rodger:

Passed away peacefully at Wairau Hospital, on Wednesday, 15 July, 2026, aged 75 years, with her family at her side.

Dearly loved wife of Rab (Robert).

Loved mother and mother-in-law to Michelle, Deb and Hamish, and Craig.

Much loved Nan to Tayla, Jaxon, Jordan, Gianna and great Nan to Isla.

Loved daughter of the late Marcia and Jeffrey.

Loved sister and sister-in-law of John and Eileen, Susy and Mack, Rae and Rudy.

Loved aunty of all of her nieces and nephews.

Cherished friend to many.

A service will be held for Donna at Sowman’s Mayfield Chapel on Tuesday, 21 July at 11.00am. The service will be livestreamed and can be viewed via the Sowman’s Funerals website.

We would like to acknowledge and thank all of Donna's carers, medical team and ambulance staff for taking such incredible care of her.  We really appreciate you all.
