Joan left us peacefully on 27th August 2026 aged 89, at Springlands Lifestyle Village Blenheim.

Dearly loved wife of Evan. Loved and treasured Mother and mother-in-law to Sue and Chris Walbran and Rod Hale (Hawkes Bay). Gran to Sarah, Vicki and Tiffany. Great Gran to Kai and Iyla (Wellington). Daughter of the late Jack and Ivy Grant (Woodville) and sister of the late Mary Gaylard and John Grant.
