Passed away at Wairau Hospital on Monday, August 31, 2026, aged 85 years.

A much-loved husband of Rita, for 65 years. A loved father of Rata, Chris and Vaughan; and their partners Allen, Donna-Marie and Sarah. Adored Da of all his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

A funeral service for Dick will be held at The Port Marlborough Pavilion, Endeavour Park, 181 Waikawa Road, Picton, on Friday, September 4, at 2pm followed by a private cremation.
