WATSON: Kathleen Avalon

On 1 December 2024, unexpectedly after a short illness, aged 62 years. 

Loved partner of Phil de Voil.  Much loved mother and mother-in-law of Emily and Cleavon Gee, proud grandmother of Zara.  Eldest daughter of the late John and Alycen Watson.  Precious “Big” sister of Colleen, Judy, Paul, John, Stephen and Michael and a loved aunty to all her nieces and nephews.

Kath was a colourful character with a big personality and a great story-teller.  She will be missed by us all.
