At Creating Homes, we pride ourselves on our industry experience and expertise, applied through specialising in repairs, maintenance, and renovations for our clients’ residential properties around Marlborough.

Alun Carter is the man leading the Creating Homes team. With hands-on experience in the building industry since 2004, as well as a strong focus on customer service, science, and environmental awareness, Alun is passionate about making New Zealand homes perform better. 

His experience in residential property helps him understand the value of a homeowners’ largest asset, maximizing value while avoiding over-capitalization.   

Having lived in four countries and worked in a couple of industries, Alun has wide experience in construction methods, business ideas, and people – all of which will help you with your home project.
