Senior football awards handed out

Rangers AFC player Harrison Pine has been named Marlborough Football’s senior player of the year.

Harrison had a top season in a variety of positions for the region’s premier side, who went within a goal of taking out the Nelson division one title for the second year in succession.

The women’s player of the year was Maddy Rowe from BV Bullets.

Although Marlborough Football’s physical prizegiving was cancelled due to COVID, a list of senior prizewinners was published on-line today.
