Double blaze battle for fire crews

Fire crews are battling two huge fires this morning in Marlborough, one in Grovetown and another in Seddon.

Fire has almost engulfed a residential property in Seddon and another  "significant" fire has broken out on Vickerman Street in Grovetown

Crews are at the scene of both fires, with concerns water supplies are running low. Brigades from across the region have been called into help.

The call has gone out for water tankers to help assist as crew battle the separate blazes.

Crew say about 60 per cent of the property in Seddon is on fire, with crews receiving the call just before 9am.

The Grovetown fire call out came in about 9.30am.
